C Unity 3.5.3  можно публиковать Universal Windows Applications. Это значит что теперь можно сгенерировать один проект для Windows и Windows Phone. Покупая приложение пользователь может получать ее на обе платформы оплачивая один раз (те покупая одну платформу). Пока нужно ставить ориентации в проекте в Visual Studio (то что вы ставите в Unity почемуто не влияет на сборку) Чтобы собрать сборку жмете правой мышкой на субпроекте Магазин > Создать проекты приложения  (По прежнему используя сборку Master) Теперь чтобы указать что приложение локализированно нужно создать в Shared проекте папку strings в ней папки согласно тегам языков (en-US, ru-ru, uk-ua). В каждой папке создаем файл ресурсов  Добавить  >  Новый элемент…  >  "Файл ресурсов"  >  Добавить.  Подробнее в помощи от Microsoft .
